When you register as a partner we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, e-mail (optional), company name, city/country, trade licence number (optional) and expected monthly volume. Inside VisaDesk, approved users handle visa applications, which include passport details and copies of travel documents.
When a passport image is uploaded inside VisaDesk it is sent to an AI service (Anthropic Claude) only to read the name, number, dates, parents' names, address and similar details and pre-fill the form. The result is shown to the user to check. The image itself is stored in private storage like every other document.
Before giving a partner a login we may ask for a copy of the trade licence, the owner's ID or passport, proof of address and a photo. These are stored in private storage and are visible only to Neer Air staff.
Only to reply to your request, check your company, give you a VisaDesk login and process the visa applications you submit.
Registration requests are visible only to Neer Air staff. Inside VisaDesk every partner sees only their own applications and documents. Documents are stored in private storage and opened through short-lived links. Two-step verification is available for every account.
We share application data only with the authorities and service providers needed to process a visa you asked for. We do not sell personal data.
